Your result isn't in your account until you finish signing in. With Google that happens right away; with an emailed link, opening that link is the step that finishes it — look for the email now, spam folder included, and the link works for 24 hours. Still stuck? Sign in on the same device you took the assessment on, then open Your reports: if the result can still be recovered, we'll offer to add it in one click. A result no account has claimed is deleted after 48 hours, and after that the only way back is to take it again.

Yes, and you don't need us for it. Go to the sign-in page and enter the same email address you used before. A new link arrives in a minute or two. Each link works for 24 hours.

No. You can take any assessment and read your result without one. An account is only for keeping that result, coming back to it later, or comparing it with someone else.

Your free result tells you where you landed on each trait, in plain language. The paid report says what that looks like on an ordinary Tuesday, where two of your traits pull against each other, and what to do with any of it. A detailed report for one person is $9. A paired report, comparing you with one other person, is $9. A circle report for three to twelve people starts at $18. You can read a full sample before you buy anything.

If a report isn't worth it, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to give a reason. We'll ask what you were hoping for instead, and you can skip that question. One thing to know before you ask: the refund turns the report off. When the money goes back, so does your access to it. If it was a paired or circle report, it goes dark for everyone in it, so check with them first.

For as long as you have an account. There's no time limit and nothing to renew. You buy a report once and it stays there.

They never see your answers, only your result, and only if you choose to share it. You make that choice after you've seen your own result, never before. In a circle of three or more, everyone can see who has joined and who hasn't, so a decline shows there.

You can make a link to your own detailed report and send it to anyone. Turn that link off later and it stops working. Paired and circle reports don't get share links, because they hold someone else's results as well as yours.
